Note that only the team-admin , agent-admin, or users with edit access can share agents with other team members.

Share with team members (set permissions)

  1. Make sure you’re in your chosen agent (via either clicking on the the chosen agent via the Agents page or the cmd+k shortcut).
  2. Turn edit mode on
  3. in Members and permissions, tap Add Memeber
  4. Enter teammate names or emails.
  5. Set roles for each person:
    1. View: Can run queries against the agent, but cannot make any changes to the agent (add/remove sources, invite other team members, edit permissions, view analytics etc…)
    2. **Edit: **Can run the queries and make changes to the agent (add/remove sources, invite other team members, edit permissions, view analytics etc…)
    3. Admin: the owner of the agent. Has all access to the agent. Can run the queries and make changes to the agent (add/remove sources, invite other team members, edit permissions, view analytics etc…). Admins are the only role the can delete the agent.
  6. Tap Invite to invite those members to your agent with the chosen role
    Note that you can only invite members already in Solari to each agent. To invite a team member not in Solari, first invite them to your Solari team, and then ivnite them to this agent.
  7. You can always edit roles in the Members and permissions container view the role dropdown. Selecting a new role for the user automatically updaets their agent-role.
