# Invite team members

> Add members to your team and configure who has access to what

## Add new team members

1. Tap `Invite members` in the bottom right corner
2. To invite via access code, copy your access code and send it to your team members. They can join your team [via access code. ](https://docs.usesolari.ai/quickstart#joining-an-existing-team)
3. To invite via email, tap `invite via email` and enter the email addresses of everyone you'd like to invite. Tap `Invite` to send the invitations to all members in the list. They can then join your team [via email. ](https://docs.usesolari.ai/quickstart#joining-an-existing-team)

## Adjust member access within the team

  Only team admins can edit member roles within the etam

1. Tap the dropdown under `Role` , and select the role you'd like to apply to this user. Selecting the new role automatically updates it for the user

### Edit a members access to agents

1. Click the a given users row to see the list of agents they have access to, and what their permissions are, in the right-drawer
2. Change their access for each agent by selecing a new value in the dropdown

   | Role     | Permissions                                                                                                               |
   | -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
   | `admin`  | The user can run queries against this agent, add team members and/or sources,  view agent analytics, and delete the agent |
   | `edit`   | The user can run queries against this agent, add team members and/or sources, and view agent analytics                    |
   | `view`   | The user can only run queries against this agent                                                                          |
   | `remove` | The user has no access to this agent                                                                                      |
